Go on the Paddys. villagers Conor O'Brien playing  "Becoming a Jackal" at the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.  villagers‘ began life as a nameless collection of musical poems, “Ultimately, I’ve learned that a song is not an isolated thing. You have to wash the dishes before you write a song. It should never be taken too seriously. It must be treated with joy and humour, regardless of the subject matter,”

Arctic Monkeys - Cornerstone Acoustic

Favourite Worst Nightmare sold 85,000 copies during its first day of release, and all 12 tracks entered the Top 200 of the U.K. singles charts. As Alex Turner briefly turned his attention to a side project, the Last Shadow Puppets, Arctic Monkeys received another Mercury Prize nomination and took home two titles at the 2008 Brit Awards. Recording sessions for a third album commenced in early 2008 and lasted throughout the year, with producers James Ford (who previously worked with Turner on the Last Shadow Puppets' album) and Josh Homme (frontman of Queens of the Stone Age) adding some newfound heft to the band's sound. Meanwhile, Arctic Monkeys released a concert album entitled At the Apollo -- with accompanying video footage captured on 35mm film -- before unveiling Humbug in August 2009.

Kate Nash - Foundations performance on Jools Holland

A piano, drums and a voice, that's it, so simple but so deadly, A tune from Kate Nash from 2007 on Jools Holland. You cant help but like this song but the pumpkin song was kinda shit. Hope she comes out with some new stuff soon. Go on Kate ya tramp ya !!!

BEATLES - In my life (Acoustic Guitar)

Absolutely feckin amazing. Enjoy

Bloc Party - This Modern Love

I won't lie, I didnt like Bloc Partys latest album but I love "Silent Alarm". When I first got Xbox 360 I downloaded the CD into the console and I would play "Need for speed Underground" while listening to "Silent Alarm". You wouldn't think that the song would go well with a fast paced driving game but if you listen to the album and not the stripped down acoustic version you will see what I mean.

Little Green Cars - Brendan

There are so many great young Irish bands coming out these days,
Fight Like Apes
Blind Pilots
Bowlegged
The Blizzards and Little Green Cars. The band members are Dylan Lynch, Donagh Seaver O'Leary, Stevie Appleby, Aoife Kelly, Utsav Lal, Adam O'Regan, Faye O'Rourke. Yet again another nice original sounding Irish band. Rock out with your Penis out.

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Maps acoustic@AOL Sessions

Karen Lee Orzolek, better known as Karen O does an awesome acoustic version of Maps.

Hunger Strike (Acoustic) - Temple of the Dog/Lexx

I found this on YouTube, I love the original song which was a collaboration between Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, I think Lexx Wingspan does a pretty good job.
